Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I just got this recipe in my Relief Society and it looks SO yummy!
Cream:
1 c oil
2 c sugar
3 eggs
Sift and Add:
3 c flour
1 t salt
1 t soda
3 t cinnamon
1/4 t baking powder
Add:
2 c grated zucchini
3 t vanilla
Mix well and then gently fold in 1 c fresh blueberries. *tip: coat blueberries in a small amount of flour before adding to mixture to keep them from sinking when baking. Pour into 2 large loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
